Is this a finished item or a pattern?

Everything in the shop is a digital crochet pattern (a PDF file with instructions), not a physical product. Nothing is shipped.

How do I receive my pattern?

After payment you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and the same link is sent to your email address.

I lost my file. Can I download it again?

Yes. Log in to My Account and open the Downloads section to find your purchased patterns.

What skill level are the patterns?

Each pattern page lists its skill level, the yarn weight and hook size used, and the stitches you’ll need.

I have a question about a pattern. Who do I ask?

Email contact@atlaswaves.com with the pattern name and the round or row you’re on. A photo of your work helps too.
